Customer will be billed a basic service charge for dismantling and
inspection.

If after inspection
the pump is found to be beyond repair, the customer will have the
option of scrapping the pump or returned loosely assembled.

| C. |
If the pump
is repairable, customer will be advised of the repair charges. AVT
will await approval to proceed with the repair. Prior to any repairs,
AVT must receive a written Purchase Order for full amount.

| D. |
All inspection
fees will be determined on size and condition of each pump prior
to dismantling and customer will be advised.
|
| E. |
If a same model
pump is available in our pump pool, customer will be given an option
on Repair or Exchange. |
