Duplex Central System
|
|
System
is configured for one pump operation. Systems are supplied complete
with air receiver tank, gauging, valves and electrical control panel
in addition to the PRIMA Single Stage, Oil Sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum
Pump. The PRIMA Pump is mounted horizontally on the air receiver tank.
Electrical control panel is assembled and wired to system for 220/440/3Æ/60
Hz operation and includes magnetic starter with overload protection
and minimum run timer, 120 VAC transformer, as well as an "on/off/auto"
switch, a pump running light, elapsed timer meter, a motor overload
reset push button, and fusible disconnect switch. The minimum run
timer ensures proper oil lubrication, and stops short cycling of pumps.

Tank Mounted Central Vacuum System
PRIMA Duplex Central Vacuum systems incorporate a
lead/lag feature: "lead" pump operates continuously while the "lag"
roles are varied so that each pump accumulates nearly the same amount
of run time. Systems are supplied complete with receiver tank, gauging,
valves and electrical control panel in addition to the (2) two each
PRIMA Single-Stage, oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps. Each pump
is supplied with an integral, anti-suckback valve to keep oil from
back streaming. Isolation valves are provided on the foreline of each
pump allowing them to be serviced when the valve is closed. Electrical
control panel is assembled and wired to the system for 220/440V/3Æ/60
Hz operation and includes magnetic motor starters with overload protection,
120 VAC transformer, "on/off/auto" switch, pump running lights, elapsed
time meters, motor overload reset push-buttons, fusible disconnect
switches, and minimum run timer. The minimum run timer ensures proper
oil lubrication, and stops short cycling of pumps.
